Hangda Rubber Seals (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is located in Dongguan with two branch companies. It is a professional sealing manufacturer integrating R&D of special sealing materials, precision mold development, sealing parts manufacturing and customized working-condition solution services.

The company focuses on sealing solutions for harsh working conditions and has cultivated the supporting market of liquid cooling, vacuum, high-pressure and low-temperature equipment. Our main products include liquid cooling O-rings, vacuum O-rings, vacuum high-pressure O-rings, liquid cooling low-temperature O-rings and other special sealing products. We carry out customized material formula adjustment and sealing structure design for complex working conditions such as liquid cooling circulation, vacuum environments, high pressure bearing and deep low temperature. Liquid cooling systems contain a wide variety of media, which impose strict requirements on sealing materials for medium swelling resistance, aging resistance and low outgassing. Vacuum and high-pressure environments test the resilience and compression set resistance of seals. Under low-temperature conditions, ordinary rubber tends to harden and lose elasticity, resulting in sealing failure. We adopt high-performance raw materials such as fluoroelastomer, perfluoroelastomer and special silicone rubber. With optimized material modification processes, our products maintain stable elasticity under immersion in liquid cooling fluid, high vacuum, alternating high pressure and low-temperature environments. They resist hardening, leakage and swelling, effectively avoiding equipment faults such as liquid leakage and pressure loss. The products are applicable to static sealing and slight reciprocating dynamic sealing scenarios. We support mass production of standard specifications complying with Chinese national standards, ASTM standards and more. Meanwhile, we undertake sampling and customization of non-standard size and special cross-section seals to meet the structural design requirements of various equipment.
